Akor\u00e1t jsme st\u00e1le na za\u010d\u00e1tku. V\u00fdsledek se dozv\u00edte na konci \u010dl\u00e1nku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;r. 2009 sice vznikl dob\u0159\u00ed\u0161sk\u00fd <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mestodobris.cz\/cyklogenerel-2009\/d-459467\">cyklogenerel<\/a>, kter\u00fd na map\u011b vykreslil mo\u017en\u00e9 budouc\u00ed hlavn\u00ed trasy, ale realizovalo se z&nbsp;n\u011bj jen malinko. Z&nbsp;dne\u0161n\u00edho pohledu jsou nav\u00edc n\u011bkter\u00e9 realizovan\u00e9 \u00faseky m\u00e1lo vhodn\u00e9 pro cyklisty. To koneckonc\u016f ukazuje jejich minim\u00e1ln\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. K&nbsp;tomu minul\u00fd rok prob\u011bhlo dotazn\u00edkov\u00e9 \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed mezi \u017e\u00e1ky dob\u0159\u00ed\u0161sk\u00fdch z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol. V\u00fdsledek? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autobusem \u010di vlakem doj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed denn\u011b 41 % \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. P\u011b\u0161ky 34 %. Autem s&nbsp;rodi\u010di 18 %. Z&nbsp;300 d\u011bt\u00ed <strong>pouze \u0161est<\/strong> uvedlo, \u017ee jezd\u00ed na kole \u010di kolob\u011b\u017ece. T\u0159i \u010dtvrtiny \u017e\u00e1k\u016f se dostanou do \u0161koly do 30 minut. Do 15 minut dokonce 41 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ot\u00e1zku, co by se muselo zm\u011bnit, aby v\u00edce jezdili do \u0161kol, \u017e\u00e1ci nej\u010dast\u011bji odpov\u00eddali, \u017ee a\u0165 se stane cokoli, <strong>stejn\u011b jezdit nebudou<\/strong>. Na druh\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b bylo nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm d\u016fvodem chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 ulo\u017een\u00ed kol ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch. Na t\u0159et\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b pak \u0161patn\u00fd stav silnic a obavy o bezpe\u010dnost v\u00a0m\u011bstsk\u00e9m provozu. S\u00a0mal\u00fdm z\u00e1jmem o cesty na kole souvis\u00ed i odpov\u011bdi na posledn\u00ed ot\u00e1zku, kolikr\u00e1t by \u017e\u00e1ci jeli na kole, pokud by byly odstran\u011bny v\u0161echny p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky. I zde 54 % odpov\u011bd\u011blo, \u017ee stejn\u011b na kole jezdit nebude. Objevily se i koment\u00e1\u0159e: <em>odm\u00edt\u00e1m r\u00e1no sportovat<\/em> \u010di <em>jezdit na kole je trapn\u00e9<\/em>. Na druhou stranu 46 % \u017e\u00e1k\u016f by r\u00e1do jezdilo. To je dvacetkr\u00e1t v\u00edce, ne\u017e jezd\u00ed nyn\u00ed. V&nbsp;\u010cR toho dos\u00e1hne jen p\u011btina d\u011bt\u00ed! Podle pr\u016fzkumu University Palack\u00e9ho a HSBC z&nbsp;r. 2018 mezi 13 tis\u00edci \u0161kol\u00e1ky na kole jezd\u00ed do \u0161koly v&nbsp;\u010cR jen 2,5 % d\u011bt\u00ed. (zdroj <a href=\"https:\/\/zdravagenerace.cz\/reporty\/pohyb\/\">Zdrav\u00e1 generace<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00edzda na kole do \u0161koly \u010di do pr\u00e1ce je jedn\u00edm z\u00a0prvk\u016f pestr\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 mobility. Cyklistiku zat\u00edm v\u00a0\u010cech\u00e1ch st\u00e1le mnoz\u00ed ch\u00e1pou jako v\u00edkendov\u00fd sport, kdy je t\u0159eba m\u00edt zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed a drah\u00e9 kolo. Takov\u00e9 je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed na kole m\u00e1 cosi do sebe (mrk mrk:), ale s\u00a0pohybem ve m\u011bst\u011b to \u00fapln\u011b nesouvis\u00ed. Stejn\u011b jako jinde, i po Dob\u0159\u00ed\u0161i jezd\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho aut s\u00a0jedn\u00edm \u0159idi\u010dem\/pasa\u017e\u00e9rem. P\u0159itom tyto cesty by \u0161lo absolvovat jinak. Pestr\u00e1 m\u011bstsk\u00e1 mobilita nejsou jen auta a ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 doprava, ale i pohyb vlastn\u00ed silou p\u011b\u0161ky, na kole, kolob\u011b\u017ece. A v\u00a0neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b i na elektroverz\u00edch t\u011bchto stroj\u016f (elektrokolo, kolob\u011b\u017eka, hoverboard\u2026). Smyslupln\u00e1 je tak\u00e9 kombinace r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f dopravy podle pot\u0159eby: podle c\u00edle, n\u00e1kladu a dal\u0161\u00edch okolnost\u00ed. Dnes v\u011bt\u0161inou sed\u00edme ve \u0161kole \u010di pr\u00e1ci, pak sed\u00edme v\u00a0dopravn\u00edm prost\u0159edku, pak sed\u00edme\/le\u017e\u00edme s\u00a0mobilem. Ale to si sami nalh\u00e1v\u00e1me. Mluv\u00edm o v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b obyvatel, ne dob\u0159\u00ed\u0161sk\u00fdch ryz\u00edch sportovc\u00edch! P\u0159itom by sta\u010dilo se jen pravideln\u011b  trochu h\u00fdbat. Nic n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9ho. T\u0159eba cestou do pr\u00e1ce. M\u016f\u017eeme tak objevit to, co jinde u\u017e des\u00edtky let funguje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>15minutov\u00e9 m\u011bsto<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch zem\u00edch si obyvatel\u00e9 u\u017e uv\u011bdomili, \u017ee pouze p\u0159id\u00e1vat dal\u0161\u00ed silnice a parkovi\u0161t\u011b pro auta nen\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm. Auta v\u017edy cesty zapln\u00ed a doprav\u011b se v\u00fdrazn\u011b neulev\u00ed. M\u00edsta je m\u00e1lo. Nikdo nechce bydlet na ru\u0161n\u00e9 ulici pln\u00e9 aut \u010di u frekventovan\u00e9ho parkovi\u0161t\u011b. P\u0159itom Dob\u0159\u00ed\u0161 je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed svou velikost\u00ed jako m\u011bsto kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed. Mluv\u00edme se o \u201e15ti-minutov\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b\u201c, jak\u00fdm by mohla b\u00fdt i Dob\u0159\u00ed\u0161. Jde o to, \u017ee m\u011bsto by m\u011blo b\u00fdt souborem snadno dostupn\u00fdch a propojen\u00fdch oblast\u00ed, kde ka\u017ed\u00e1 by m\u011bla m\u00edt v\u00a0doch\u00e1zkov\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti 6 z\u00e1kladn\u00edch funkc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159ebujeme nej\u010dast\u011bji: bydlen\u00ed, \u0161kola, pr\u00e1ce, zdravotnictv\u00ed, obchody a z\u00e1bava. Autorem t\u00e9to my\u0161lenky je Francouz Carlos Moreno, podle jeho\u017e konceptu se v\u00a0posledn\u00edch letech m\u011bn\u00ed nejen Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017e,\u00a0 ale i dal\u0161\u00ed m\u011bsta jako Madrid, Seatle, Barcelona, Edinburg. Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00e1 prim\u00e1torka Anne Hidalgo koncept 15 minutov\u00e9ho m\u011bsta zakotvila i do sv\u00e9 volebn\u00ed kampan\u011b v\u00a0r. 2020 a po znovuzvolen\u00ed se pustila do realizace. Prosp\u011bje to n\u00e1m, na\u0161emu zdrav\u00ed i \u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u00edkend tam v\u00a0kontejneru na \u017eelezo m\u016f\u017eete objevit nejm\u00e9n\u011b jedno vyhozen\u00e9 kolo, kter\u00e9 po oprav\u011b m\u016f\u017ee zase jezdit. Anebo si kolo lze i koupit, m\u00e1me tu 2 dobr\u00e9 obchody. Nebo existuj\u00ed bazary s cenou ji\u017e od 1000 K\u010d &#8211; za to nepo\u0159\u00edd\u00edte ani jednu plnou n\u00e1dr\u017e do auta. P\u0159esta\u0148me se vymlouvat, \u017ee nen\u00ed kudy jezdit. Prost\u011b to zkuste, nasedn\u011bte a \u0161lapejte. Na silnici jste stejn\u00fdm u\u017eivatelem ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 komunikace jako \u0159idi\u010d auta. Dob\u0159\u00ed\u0161sk\u00e9 ulice nejsou\u00a0JEN pro auta, ale pro v\u0161echny dopravn\u00ed prost\u0159edky. Pokud jste \u0159idi\u010d, chovejte se pros\u00edm k\u00a0cyklist\u016fm slu\u0161n\u011b. Kolize s\u00a0va\u0161\u00edm autem je bude bolet v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u00edc ne\u017e v\u00e1s.
